[Hiring] Senior Account Executive @RZR Global Inc.

Role Description

Indonesia is the largest market in Southeast Asia and a priority growth market for RZR. We are hiring our first in-market seller in Indonesia to build the book of business, define the ICP, and shape how RZR goes to market across the country.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, INSEA, you will own the full sales cycle with Indonesian app marketers, consumer brands and agencies, working closely with our Growth, Analytics, Marketing and Product teams. You sell a full performance stack — user acquisition, retargeting and CTV — to Indonesia's fastest-growing app companies, with hands-on support from RZR's pre-sales and launch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle — from account identification and outreach to contract, launch and handoff — for new RZR customers in Indonesia.
• Present RZR's UA, retargeting and CTV solutions to decision makers at app-first companies (e-commerce, fintech & digital lending, digital banks, on-demand services, gaming, consumer apps).
• Build relationships with Jakarta-based media and performance agencies to win agency-led budgets.
• Build and maintain a tiered target account list using the INSEA account prioritization framework, and keep pipeline and forecast current in CRM.
• Partner with Growth and Analytics to scope test plans, agree KPIs and launch new customers successfully.
• Localize RZR's pitch and case studies for Indonesian clients, working with Marketing on Bahasa Indonesia collateral.
• Represent RZR at Indonesian and regional industry events.
• Meet and exceed quarterly new business targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in programmatic or mobile advertising in Indonesia, including 3+ years selling performance solutions (UA, retargeting, DSP, ad networks) to app marketers.
• Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English — required for this role.
• A named list of accounts in Indonesia you can bring to RZR, backed by current relationships with growth / UA decision makers and agency performance leads.
• Track record of closing new logos and meeting or exceeding quota — with numbers to show it.
• Working knowledge of MMPs and attribution, CPI / CPA / ROAS models, retargeting and Android-first supply.
• Comfortable working as the only seller in-market, with a regional manager and remote cross-functional support.

Nice to have

• Experience selling retargeting or re-engagement solutions.
• Relationships in e-commerce, fintech and gaming.
• Experience with CTV or connected-device advertising in Indonesia.
