[Hiring] Sales Engineer @ARI-Armaturen Albert Richter & Co. KG

Role Description

We are expanding our company in Indonesia! Join a multi-disciplined team at a leading international engineering company. We are searching for the Central Java area an experienced Sales Engineer within our industry or related industries.

• Take full responsibility for prospecting, quotation, sales, and completion of contracts profitably in the designated Central Java territory.
• Agree and authorize specifications with clients leading to quotations and tendering processes.
• Achieve given sales goals within the specified territory.
• Understand customer requirements and provide sales and marketing support accordingly.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and efficiently process orders.
• Identify and report on potential new markets, industries, and opportunities within the Central Java Area.
• Develop and maintain an order pipeline using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide regular ARI product training and seminars to clients.
• Report progress against the sales plan both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, although previous relevant sales and technical experience is equally important.
• Experience in sales (valve related industry) is preferred.
• Knowledge of the customer market in designated area Central-Java.
• Good English skills are required.
• Knowledge & experience of distributor and OEM business required.
• Strong problem-solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.
• Excellent presentation skills for ARI products and service to customers.
• Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
• Project management skills are essential as we undertake a large number of major projects.
