Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience in sales operations, CRM analysis, or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, custom reports, dashboards, list views, and record ownership rules.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based senior sales professionals.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment in managing CRM data changes, and consistent documentation practices.
• Reliable availability during the required US business hours.
