Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will turn business needs into Salesforce solutions that help our teams manage the client relationships, proposals, and contracts that make clinical research possible. This position plays a key role in requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing, and process improvement, ensuring that every change serves the people who use it.

You will collaborate with project managers, developers, quality assurance teams, and business stakeholders, work within Agile methodologies, and contribute from initial requirements through implementation. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

• Strengths in business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce solutions
• A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite leaders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfort working with Salesforce declarative tools, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Visio
• A proactive mindset, a bias for action, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a strong focus on business analysis and solution design
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and business processes
• Understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and request for proposal through the contract lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce projects from conception to implementation
• Ability to design and implement solutions using Salesforce declarative tools, such as Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments, including tools such as Jira
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Visio
• Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM IST and provide support on weekend releases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, clinical development, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification
