[Hiring] Technical Lead - Salesforce & AI Agents @In All Media Inc

Role Description

You will join a high-scale, global talent technology and employment marketplace driving large-scale digital transformation and intelligent enterprise workflow automation across international hubs. The primary mission of this initiative focuses on bridging core enterprise platform operations (Salesforce) with next-generation AI agent platforms (including Agentforce and Claude). As the Technical Lead, you will own the execution layer—translating high-level business processes into automated, autonomous AI agent interactions and API-driven integrations, ensuring enterprise security, scalability, and seamless cross-timezone team execution.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Salesforce, autonomous AI agent platforms, API integrations, and enterprise automated workflows.
• Architecture & Solution Design: Architect scalable, maintainable technical solutions across Salesforce and external services, aligning system designs with long-term architecture standards, governance, and business goals.
• Hands-On AI Agent Enablement: Guide and implement intelligent agent-building solutions using platforms such as Claude and Agentforce, designing prompt workflows, agent orchestration logic, and interactive user-facing agent experiences.
• Stakeholder & Project Management: Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, solution architects, and engineering teams to define project scope, technical roadmaps, milestone tracking, dependency resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Code & Quality Governance: Conduct technical design reviews, configuration audits, and code reviews to enforce industry best practices, platform security, reliability, and enterprise compliance.
• Mentorship & Cross-Team Execution: Mentor developers and engineers, unblock technical obstacles, drive engineering standards, and coordinate delivery across geographically distributed cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical solution delivery.
• Proven track record in a Tech Lead, Technical Project Lead, or equivalent delivery-focused engineering leadership role with strong project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, custom workflows, system administration/development, and enterprise-grade third-party integrations.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building, configuring, or enabling AI agents, conversational assistants, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Practical familiarity with Claude (Anthropic), Agentforce (Salesforce), or comparable LLM (Large Language Model) agent-building architectures.
• Strong grasp of enterprise solution architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, systems integration, and secure enterprise application design.
• Exceptional technical communication, problem-solving abilities, and senior stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Multi-domain exposure across Salesforce development (Apex, LWC/Lightning Web Components), platform administration, or formal Solution Architecture.
• Working knowledge of prompt design, multi-agent orchestration, grounding patterns, retrieval grounding, and systematic AI workflow evaluation.
• Experience directing Agile/Scrum cross-functional delivery between engineering, operational, and non-technical business units.
• Familiarity with major public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), enterprise data pipelines, analytics systems, or workflow automation tools.
• Official Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Solution Architect) or relevant Generative AI / Cloud credentials.

Time Zone & Collaboration

• The role is fully remote and actively targeting candidates located in LATAM (Latin America) or APAC (Asia-Pacific).
• Availability during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) is strictly required until at least 11:00 AM CST to maintain critical overlap with global teams on India Standard Time (IST).
