Role Description

Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.

After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success. You'll participate in:

• Weekly skill-building sessions
• Personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders
• Real-world customer interactions

Qualifications

• Experienced traditional mortgage loan originators are encouraged to apply.
• Understanding of the lending business.

• Proven track record of success in sales.

Requirements

• No NMLS license? No problem. We'll help you obtain and pay for your NMLS license.
• Ability to build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and listen with intention.
• Serve as trusted advisors through one of the most important financial decisions their clients will make.
