Role Description
True Vet Solutions helps veterans increase their VA disability ratings and access the benefits they qualify for. Our customer-facing teams are the front line of that mission. This role exists to make those teams better at their work: closing more of the veterans we can genuinely help, and doing it faster, without ever compromising how we talk to the people we serve.
This is not a classroom trainer. This person earns credibility by doing the job before they teach it. They start in Intake, prove on live calls that they can sell the TVS product, and only then step into coaching. From there they rotate through every customer-facing role one at a time, learning each seat firsthand before raising the performance of the people in it.
The path:
-
Start in Intake. Carry a live queue and hit the same close and speed-to-close standards you will later coach to. You prove it in front of the team before you teach it.
-
Partner with Marketing to define and codify the Voice of TVS: how our reps talk to veterans across every stage.
-
Coach. Review recorded and live calls, deliver structured feedback, and follow up so the gains stick.
-
Rotate. Move through each customer-facing role in turn. Learn the seat, then teach the people in it to sell within the Voice of TVS.
What you'll do:
-
Coach reps to a higher close rate and a shorter time-to-close, measured, not anecdotal.
-
Train and coach exclusively within the IMPACT selling framework (Investigate, Meet, Probe, Apply, Convince, Tie It Up).
-
Work with Marketing to build and maintain the Voice of TVS, and keep all coaching aligned to it.
-
Keep coached messaging inside TVS's compliance guardrails at all times.
-
Build repeatable coaching tools and playbooks that Training can fold into onboarding.
-
Report progress in numbers to Training and the embedded team's director.

A proven closer. You can demonstrate on live TVS calls that you can sell this product.
