Role Description

Scale Sales Teams is seeking a full-time sales professional to join its Salt Lake City, UT city team. This is a fully remote Sales role for someone who is comfortable leading professional conversations with prospective clients, evaluating business needs, qualifying opportunities, and helping appropriate prospects move through an established sales process.

Your primary responsibility is to turn scheduled prospect conversations into clear, productive sales discussions. You will:

• Ask thoughtful questions
• Learn what each prospect is trying to achieve
• Understand current obstacles
• Determine whether the available solutions are a suitable match

The surrounding client-acquisition infrastructure is already established, allowing you to concentrate on:

• Discovery
• Qualification
• Solution discussions
• Objection handling
• Follow-up
• Execution throughout the sales process

Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting sales conversations by Zoom and phone
• Understanding a prospect’s business, goals, challenges, and current situation
• Evaluating opportunities and identifying whether there is a legitimate fit
• Presenting relevant solutions clearly to qualified prospects
• Responding professionally to questions, objections, and concerns
• Following up with active opportunities when appropriate
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline details, and conversation notes
• Working within established sales frameworks and processes
• Contributing toward individual and team performance objectives
• Managing communication and pipeline activity with consistency and discipline

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development
• Comfortable speaking with prospects remotely through Zoom and phone
