[Hiring] Sales & Retention Assistant Romanian Speaker @International Insurance Group

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova. This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO).

• Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process.
• Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM, and emails).
• Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes.
• Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately.
• Make submissions to underwriters.
• Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write Romanian fluently.
• Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal).
• Must pass background check.
• PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must.
• Higher education is a plus (business related preferred).
• Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must.
• Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines.
