[Hiring] Sales Representative/ Key Account Manager @Remote Choice

Role Description

This is a remote position.

Our Client is a Compressed Air Sales, Installation and Service Specialist. They are an authorised distributor for some of the UK’s leading manufacturers of compressed air and vacuum equipment, as well as aftermarket parts/downstream equipment. Their industry caters to a variety of different sectors, including:

• Pharmaceuticals
• Aviation
• Food & Beverage
• Mechanical
• And more

Compressed Air is a crucial element in many organisations being able to function effectively and carry out their day-to-day processes.

They are looking for a Sales Administrator who can confidently and effectively liaise with customers and suppliers to maintain exceptional customer service and quality. The role will be primarily focused on handling and supporting sales opportunities, including:

• Quoting enquiries
• Responding to customer queries
• Following up with customers

However, the successful candidate will also assist with other areas. The successful candidate will work closely with our business development/sales team to support growth and success. Your role will be assisting with multiple business areas, offering you:

Requirements

• Assisting with maintaining and developing Quality Management processes and procedures.
• Sales duties, including quoting customer enquiries, following up quotations and opportunities by telephone and email, resolving customer queries, answering inbound enquiries, overcoming customer objections and upholding customer service levels.
• Administrative duties, including customer request administration, allocating enquiries and vetting enquiries to determine suitability and decline where relevant.
• Supporting with the order process where required, primarily through handing over successful sales opportunities to the relevant team.
• Contributing to Health and Safety activities to ensure all business stakeholders are safe.
• Business development by way of building relationships with suppliers, existing and prospect customers, contributing to overall growth of the company.
• Supporting Marketing within the business, assisting with development of content both for the company website and social media when required.
