Role Description

The Sales Representative II is responsible for handling sales calls, emails, and chats, engaging with customers to identify their needs and assist in retention efforts. This position will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and providing excellent customer service to potential customers.

• Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provides accurate information about products and services to customers
• Negotiates and closes sales deals over the phone, email, or chat
• Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services
• Assists with customer retention efforts
• Transfers non-sales related calls to the appropriate teams
• Maintains accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM system
• Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
• Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
• Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPIs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inbound sales role or equivalent, preferably in the call center environment
• Experience supporting customers via phone, chat, and email preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications such as CRM
