Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to engage Australian healthcare professionals interested in our client’s medical aesthetics training courses. The role involves managing enquiries, conducting outbound calls, recommending suitable courses, converting leads into bookings, processing payments, and maintaining accurate CRM records while achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to new enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Make outbound calls to new leads and follow up warm leads promptly.
• Understand each enquirer’s background and goals, and recommend the most suitable course or package.
• Explain course content, dates, locations, pricing, and payment or finance options clearly and accurately.
• Handle questions and objections confidently, and close bookings.
• Take deposits and payments and send out booking confirmations.
• Follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet and with past delegates about further training.
• Keep the CRM and booking records accurate and up to date (ZOHO experience preferred).
• Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Feedback to the team on common questions, objections, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• English – essential, the most important requirement.
• Excellent spoken English: clear, natural, and confident, with a neutral accent that is easy for Australian clients to understand over the phone.
• Excellent written English: professional emails and messages with correct grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Able to hold a natural, friendly conversation, build rapport quickly, and explain detailed information clearly without a script.
• Candidates without a very high standard of both spoken and written English will not be considered, as every part of this role is client-facing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in phone-based or online sales.
• Experience selling to Australian, UK, or US clients is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the education, training, healthcare, beauty, or aesthetics industries is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into customers.

Skills and Personality

• Confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Persuasive without being pushy, with a consultative, helpful style.
• Highly organised, with excellent follow-up habits.
• Professional, reliable and self-motivated when working remotely.
• Comfortable using a CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and email.
• Quick to learn about technical or medical products.

• Able to work Australian business hours consistently.
• Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection.
• A quiet, professional home workspace.
• A good-quality headset and computer.
