[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Canary Technologies Corp

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new customer acquisition across key APAC markets. You'll work alongside the Country Directors and SDR Manager, owning top-of-funnel prospecting while building broader sales skills. What You’ll Do

• Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects (dials/email)
• Communicate our value proposition to decision makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities
• Deliver against a quota for qualified leads
• Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers
• Collaborate closely with our Account Executives to help them close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth
• Contribute towards optimizing our approach towards sales development to drive ongoing improvement
• Leverage Salesforce for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting
• Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates and process optimization

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B software sales experience, including time as an SDR/BDR
• 1+ year of sales/client facing experience in APAC markets (particularly ANZ and Singapore)
• Full professional fluency in English
• Prior experience in hospitality (preferred but not required)
• Experience working across SMB and Mid-Market business segments
• Experience qualifying leads (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resilience and emotional strength - high-volume outreach involves persistence through rejection
• Determined to exceed goals on a weekly basis, with strong self-accountability
• Assertive, persuasive, and a good listener
• Confident building client relationships and overcoming objections over the phone
• Ability to adapt easily to new situations and eager to learn/contribute
