Role Description
Siemens Mobility / Sqills B.V. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative in the Latin American Intercity Bus market to help its global growth ambitions.
The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for managing relationships with Sqills intercity bus customers throughout Latin America, ensuring retention and contract extension by empowering customers to drive their business and revenues through S3 Passenger. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer experience, empowering customers to optimize their use of S3 Passenger, and driving strategic growth initiatives. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales.
It will be your task to build up a network within Latin American intercity bus operators and IT system integrators to enable them to make use of the systemsβ capabilities in reservations and inventory management.
Essential Job Functions

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain insightful, meaningful relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Revenue Growth:
Increase (customer and Sqills) revenues by means of sales, upsell and cross-sell with existing and new S3 Passenger modules.

Strategic Account Planning:
Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans, identifying growth opportunities at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.

Stakeholder Alignment:
Collaborate with internal teams (Service Delivery Managers, Business Consultants, Product Team, and Executive Sponsors) to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery.

Strategic Leadership:
Lead steering committees and strategic meetings to align customer goals with Sqills' offerings, fostering long-term partnerships. Ensure strong governance and value delivery at all levels (operational, tactical, and strategical). Empower others, stay involved/up-to-date and act as a level of escalation for Sqills.
Qualifications

Master's in business administration or similar.

Substantive experience in the intercity bus market (long distance bus) by either having worked for an operator or a provider of software solutions to this industry.

Willingness to travel within Latin America and to overseas.

International experience and ambition is a plus.

Able to interpret difficult problems and facilitate clients towards sustainable solutions.

Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both verbal and in writing, and can communicate in a client-centric way.

Experience with working in an agile environment, particularly within IT, is a plus.

Demonstrable experience in generating sales and contracts in the intercity bus industry, preferably with software solutions for operators.

Experience working in the rail industry is a major plus.

Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience.

Enjoy having different responsibilities, working in small teams on challenging assignments.
