[Hiring] Sales Representative @Harris Computer

Role Description

We’re looking for a sales rep who doesn’t want to be transactional, someone who wants to build trust, solve real problems, and create long-term customers.

• Prospect and close new business (cold outreach, referrals, targeted accounts)
• Run consultative discovery with fleet customers
• Sell driver safety, telematics, and camera solutions with a value-first approach
• Own the full sales cycle from first call to close
• Build relationships that continue well after the sale

Essential Functions

• Prospect and engage target accounts through cold outreach, referrals, and strategic targeting
• Open conversations with a consultative, value-first approach
• Manage pipeline of assigned inbound web and BDR leads
• Build trust with decision makers and stakeholders
• Develop relationships that extend beyond the initial deal
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Prepare proposals that clearly communicate ROI and value
• Manage pipeline and activity in CRM
• Visit potential clients to better understand the client’s business needs and provide them the best Gridline solution
• Interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and/or services
• Generate revenue by soliciting and preparing quotations for potential clients and current customers to obtain orders
• Sales funnel management in CRM Platform

Requirements

• 2 years technology software sales experience required
• If you have ever sold telematics, please note this with your intro letter
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Benefits

• The potential salary range for this role is $50,000 to $75,000 per year, with eligibility for bonus or merit program.
• Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
