Role Description

As a Sales Representative with Slovak working at home in Poland, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

Your role as a Sales Representative will involve:

• Generating new business
• Contacting existing customers
• Using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients’ unique needs
• Executing sales strategies to achieve targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls

We’ll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible whether through voice, chat or email interactions. You’ll also have a chance to make great new friends within the TTEC community and grow your career in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere.

You'll report to the Sales Director and contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

During a typical day, you’ll:

• Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention
• Get through to the decision maker by utilizing Influencers and Users to help close the business
• Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs
• Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience
• Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel

Qualifications

• Ideally, a proven track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
• Adopt a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
• Proficiency in Slovak (C1 minimum level) and communicative English (B1 minimum level)
