Role Description

The Sales Representative role is key in helping Tata Consumer Products, US sales efforts untap new growth & improve efficiencies. Our ideal candidate is resourceful, responsible, & self-driven and would like to improve their abilities in:

This position requires phone and computer work, therefore is expected to be efficient in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint and Excel, as well as having a basic understanding of social media platforms.

This role is a critical enabler of providing best in class category leadership insights and selling stories to support the sales team in unlocking new distribution/growth strategies in existing and new categories. It is directly responsible for driving insights & analytics across our “strategic account” retailers, our brands, and our competition. This role will help to utilize fact-based analysis to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 Year of CPG Sales, Analytics, Marketing
• Experience with CPG syndicated POS data and insights (i.e., Nielsen, Luminate, IRI, 8451, etc.)
• Detail Oriented, Clear writing, and Editing Skills
• Analytical skills and computer software proficiency (e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
• Financial and Trade management understanding - pricing/promo strategies in dynamic categories

Requirements

• Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and an understanding of its challenges and opportunities
