Role Description

eGroup Enabling Technologies is expanding nationwide and seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Account Executives, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Tier 1 - Entry Specialist: $53,000–$55,000 base salary (Tier 1 is training/onboarding. Bonus eligibility begins in Tier 2 - typically within ~3 months)

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to drive sales execution, planning, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Prepare accurate proposals and contracts in collaboration with sales and solution teams, supporting both client needs and business objectives.
• Review and process customer orders, coordinate vendor purchases, and manage internal handoffs for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and support accurate reporting.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates on contracts, purchases, and delivery timelines.
• Support bundling of professional services and complementary products in proposals.
• Maintain performance within established SLAs and key metrics ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in IT sales, marketing, or business operations is a plus.
• Proactive self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
• Excellent communicator, able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
