[Hiring] Sales Onboarding Specialist @Ideals

Role Description

The Sales team is one of the core drivers of Ideals' growth – 30%+ year-over-year, with a top ranking on RepVue and consistent Market Leader status on G2. As we scale, we're hiring a hands-on, people-focused Sales Onboarding Specialist to make sure every new sales hire ramps up quickly, confidently, and consistently.

• Own the delivery of structured onboarding programs for new Key Accounts and Commercial Sales reps, Customer Success Managers.
• Run interactive training sessions and role-plays.
• Provide ongoing coaching support in close collaboration with sales managers.
• Act as the key link between sales leadership, the enablement function, and frontline teams.
• Ensure onboarding is a continuous performance driver.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Ukraine, Portugal, or Spain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales onboarding, sales training, or a Sales/Revenue Enablement role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver onboarding or training programs — running live sessions, role-plays, and coaching conversations with real sales reps.
• Strong facilitation skills: ability to run engaging, interactive training sessions and deliver specific, actionable feedback that reps actually use.
• Solid understanding of the SDR or BDM sales process.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Reliability and organizational skills.
• Collaborative working style.

Requirements

• Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
• Familiarity with sales and enablement tools: HubSpot, Amplemarket, or any LMS platform.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for training delivery, content creation, or coaching support.
• Background in Learning & Development, HR, or adult education with a pivot towards Sales Enablement.
• Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Exposure to virtual data room (VDR) platforms or knowledge of M&A / financial services deal environments.
