[Hiring] Sales Manager Client Acquisition @HireHawk

Role Description

We're hiring a commercially sharp, hands-on Sales Manager to convert qualified opportunities into new clients. You'll take meetings generated by our outbound team, lead compelling discovery calls, and own each opportunity through proposal, negotiation, and signature. The immediate priority is closing, not managing a large team. You'll also turn successful conversations into a simple, repeatable sales playbook.

What You'll Own

• Research prospects before every call: understand their business, hiring activity, decision-makers, and likely pain points.
• Open with a concise, relevant introduction that establishes HireHawk's credibility and value before moving into discovery.
• Lead consultative discovery: ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, probe beyond initial answers, summarize needs live, and clarify urgency, budget, stakeholders, and decision process.
• Present a compelling solution and handle objections around talent quality, cost, speed, compliance, and onshore/offshore hiring.
• Own proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and next steps. Ask for the business and move opportunities to a decision.
• Maintain accurate pipeline stages, next actions, and forecasts in Zoho CRM; review wins and losses to improve conversion.
• Hand off signed clients to Recruiting and Account Management with clearly documented needs, expectations, and commitments.
• Partner with the Outbound GTM Lead on lead quality and buyer feedback; refine discovery guides, talk tracks, and objection handling.

Success in the Role

• Improve qualified-meeting-to-client conversion and achieve agreed new-client and revenue targets.
• Make prospects feel confident in HireHawk's expertise, with clear next steps after every call.
• Maintain responsive follow-up, reliable pipeline reporting, and clean client handoffs.
• Proven record personally closing consultative B2B services deals; staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or professional services preferred.
• Strong discovery, executive communication, active listening, objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to carry an individual target and improve the sales process hands-on.
• CRM proficiency (Zoho or similar), excellent English, and availability during U.S. business hours.

Preferred

• Experience selling onshore/offshore staffing or workforce solutions to U.S. SMBs.
