Role Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager B2B for our department of CASE within Azelis Spain. This role will be based preferably in Barcelona. Other locations can be evaluated depending on the candidate’s profile.

As innovative, entrepreneurial sales you will be reporting into the Business Manager. The ideal candidate will have to develop business in the Iberia CASE Industry, having responsibilities with customers.

• Grow the business creating new opportunities in the Spanish CASE market.
• Promotion through customer portal and other sales media.
• Manage and develop strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Commercial acumen, achieve sales in a highly competitive market.
• Continually seek new markets and sales opportunities.
• Develop strong working relationships with the assigned principal(s).
• Collaborate with rest of the sales team and customer service department.
• Deliver a first-class service to customers.
• Supply chain coordination.
• Margin control on existing business.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in the B2B as sales & product manager of specialty chemicals.
• Technical background in coatings, adhesives, and chemical industries.
• Excellent English language skills for negotiation with foreign suppliers.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated to start up new initiatives to generate more sales.
• Passion for selling and promoting new technologies and products.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Efficient communication, influencing & negotiation skills.
• Creative to develop new means to generate interest and fill the sales pipeline.
• The ability to adapt to new requirements and have a flexible approach.
• The drive to challenge yourself personally and develop new skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who can work in a team.
