Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead new business growth for Motorola Solutions' Mobile Video portfolio across the International region. This is an active sales and business development role:

• Directly engage net-new enterprise accounts—with a focus on retail and key enterprise verticals.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to convert leads into closed revenue.
• Oversee total Mobile Video revenue delivered through our International Channel Partner Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or sales.
• Solid experience in enterprise sales, business development, or channel management.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise in Mobile Video Portfolio to present, demonstrate, and position enterprise video security solutions effectively.
• Understanding of International Market Dynamics to navigate multi-region sales and enterprise procurement processes.
• English Language Command to deliver executive-level presentations and lead regional business discussions.
• Professional Experience in Net-New Account Acquisition to identify, engage, and close new mid-to-large enterprise business.
• Indirect Channel Management experience to partner with PCR and VS&A distributor and reseller networks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration skills to partner seamlessly with presales engineers, product teams, marketing, and sales operations.
• Pipeline Management & Forecasting abilities to maintain robust sales opportunity pipelines and deliver reliable business forecasts.
