Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales appointments with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through high-volume outbound calling. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable making cold calls. Comprehensive training will be provided, but we're looking for someone who already has a solid foundation in appointment setting and outbound sales.

• Make a high volume of outbound prospecting calls to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team by engaging prospects in meaningful conversations.
• Conduct premise-based, conversational sales calls rather than relying on scripted pitches.
• Build rapport with prospects, uncover business needs, and create interest in the company's services.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details in the company's CRM or tracking system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Demonstrated success making cold calls and booking qualified appointments.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Naturally confident, persuasive, and comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone.
• Resilient, persistent, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma plus a minimum Associate Degree.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office suitable for remote work.
