Role Description

This position is with Dark Matter Technologies, part of Andromeda within Constellation Software. The role is responsible for selling software products/services for the Elevate (Loan Servicing) Sales Team within Dark Matter’s Revenue Organization, targeting new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and support new-business objectives.

Advanced professional role distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as a record of success in sales. Viewed as an expert in the field having wide-ranging experience, who uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The ideal candidate has expert-level knowledge of company products and services and will be assigned to moderately complex to complex accounts.

• Responsible for selling products and/or services, developing new accounts, and/or expanding existing accounts
• Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted Dark Matter products
• Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
• Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
• Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing Dark Matter resources and tools
• Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and Dark Matter’s ability to deliver
• Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
• Meets sales goals and objectives

Qualifications

• Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements and tailor solutions to those needs
• Experience in loan servicing or core banking platforms a plus
• Ability to travel up to 35%

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Requires 10+ years of sales experience
• Experience selling to financial institutions and mortgage banking operations at the C-suite level
• Mortgage industry experience
• Knowledge of Dark Matter’s products, services and capabilities a plus
