[Hiring] Sales Executive @Remote Choice

Role Description

Our client is looking for driven, confident, and highly self-sufficient people to join its remote New Business Sales team. This is a results-driven sales position. Candidates do not need previous PR experience, and previous sales experience is beneficial rather than essential. However, candidates must have a proven track record of working remotely for at least six months.

Because this is a global business, different working-hour patterns are available depending on the market being covered. There can be flexibility for highly self-sufficient performers, while people requiring more hands-on management will need to work more closely with the core management team's hours.

Sales Process

• Call One – Discovery: Understand the prospect and their business, including their current position, goals, challenges, credibility, growth plans, and what they are trying to achieve through increased media exposure.
• Call Two – Proposal & Close: Present a tailored proposal, communicate the opportunity clearly, handle questions and objections, ask for the business, and secure the signed agreement.

Performance Expectations

• Approximately 7 prospect meetings per day.
• Expected sales target: approximately 1 new sale per day.
• New starters are expected to build their cash collected progressively:
• First full month: USD $20,000
• Second full month: USD $40,000
• Third full month onwards: USD $55,000+

Requirements

• Remote working experience is essential.
• Must demonstrate successful remote work for at least six months.
• Ability to maintain structure, motivation, and productivity without constant supervision.
• Evidence of progressing quickly in previous roles, taking on additional responsibility or outperforming expectations.
