[Hiring] Sales Executive @Mediverse AI

Role Description

You’ll be our boots-on-ground growth engine, showing clinical and biopharmaceutical labs what modern, AI-native informatics looks like in real life. You will:

• Hunt: Identify and qualify private hospital labs, public health labs, standalone diagnostics centres, and imaging facilities ripe for digital upgrade.
• Show: Run high-impact on-site demos, laptop in hand, hotspot ready—to prove value in 15 minutes or less.
• Call & Walk In: Fearlessly hit the phones, book meetings, and knock on doors when that’s the fastest path to a “yes.”
• Close & Expand: Negotiate pilots, shepherd contracts, and upsell adjacent modules once labs see results.
• Feedback-loop: Bring firsthand market intel back to product and marketing so we keep shipping features that sell themselves, we want your work to be easy.
• Document: Keep the CRM clean: document every lead, call note, and deal stage, so we can forecast cash like adults.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of B2B sales experience: preferably software, pharmaceuticals or medical devices—selling to healthcare decision-makers.
• Proven track record hunting and closing net-new accounts (show us your numbers).
• Comfortable giving product demos on-site and over video; bonus points if you’ve sold LIS, PACS, EMR, or diagnostic equipment before.
• Self-starter who can plan weekly territory routes without hand-holding.
• Solid written & verbal communication; you can draft a follow-up email that actually gets replied to.
• Tech-savvy: able to use a CRM, screen-share tools, and video demo workflows quickly.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or any field that taught you how to learn fast.

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions (first-year OTE designed for top 10% earners).
