Role Description

Join Workiz as a Sales Director! We are a growing startup, cloud-based platform that powers field service businesses in the US & Canada. Our mission is to empower service professionals into business professionals, allowing customers to take full control of their end-to-end flows, from job scheduling and management to calls, invoices, and reports all in one place.

We are looking for an exceptional hands-on sales leader ready to take on the challenge of building the Workiz Sales team. This is a high-growth startup environment, and you will be a foundational member of our organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Account Executives to achieve their revenue goals.
• Optimize sales processes to make them more repeatable, shorten sales cycle length, and increase win rates.
• Coach your sales team with continuous sales enrichment and industry training.
• Focus on Workiz quarterly and annual revenue goals while helping AEs exceed their quotas.
• Collaborate with the CRO and leadership team on forecasting, deals, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
• Work with revenue leadership, customer success, sales engineering, HR and recruiting, and our ROI team to build the case for Workiz with prospect and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years running an inside sales team with inbound/outbound experience selling to SMB/enterprise B2B.
• Record of exceeding sales targets while creating a sales team of “A” players.
• Ability to train and mentor a sales team in an efficient data-driven work environment.
• People management, self-awareness, and leadership expertise.
• A winning attitude with a focus on results.
• Success in building sales strategies and processes in coordination with executive leadership.
• Comfortable using data to drive sales and management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
