[Hiring] Sales Development Representative - Foreign Exchange (FX) @Huzzle

Role Description

This company is a fast-growing fintech startup reimagining global payment services through bespoke banking, foreign exchange, and blockchain integration. As the Lead Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the company's international expansion, bridging the gap between high-value prospects and innovative financial solutions. This is a strategic, high-impact role designed for a proactive sales leader who thrives in a "startup with traction" environment and excels at converting cold outreach into qualified, high-profit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic outbound prospecting to identify and engage international businesses requiring cross-border payment solutions.
• Conduct high-level lead qualification and cold calling to introduce the company’s digital platform and FX services.
• Manage the end-to-end top-of-funnel pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of booked appointments for the closing team.
• Own and optimize the outreach process to meet a target KPI of £12k in monthly sales profit.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine the sales script, lead lists, and outreach strategy.
• Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions and pipeline movements within the company’s tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Exceptional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven track record in Lead Qualification and Cold Calling.
• Advanced expertise in Pipeline Management and the closing process.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work GMT hours with flexibility, including core overlap during 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM GMT.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote, offshore capacity.
• Experience in Fintech, Foreign Exchange (FX), or Cross-Border Payments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with blockchain/stablecoin payment ecosystems.
