[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @DotCMS

Role Description

dotCMS is a visual, headless CMS built for compliance-led enterprises that need to manage and scale digital content across brands, regions, and channels. As an SDR, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by:

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Connecting with potential customers
• Generating qualified pipeline across North America and EMEA

You'll work closely with our Revenue team, gain exposure to enterprise software sales, and have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a closing sales role.

We're proud to be 100% remote! This is a remote role for candidates based in the East Coast USA (Atlanta, Charlotte, Boston, Miami, NY) working standard U.S. business hours. Please note this is a Full Time position, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, including experience in a BDR/SDR role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of generating pipeline through proactive outreach
• Experience conducting cold calls and engaging prospects over the phone
• Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach based on their needs
• Experience securing meetings for enterprise software products valued at $25K or more

Requirements

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and persistent, with a strong desire to learn and grow into a closing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and sales prospecting tools
