[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @GetResponse

Role Description

Are you someone who thrives in outbound - opening doors, starting conversations, and turning cold prospects into real business opportunities? At GetResponse, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive the growth of our Spanish market - one of our key regions. Working closely with an international sales team, this role comes with real ownership of pipeline generation and outbound activities from day one.

You’ll represent a proven, well-established SaaS product - trusted by customers for nearly 30 years - giving you a strong foundation for meaningful conversations with prospects.

This is a role for someone who already knows how to prospect and wants to take it further - refining their approach, testing what works, and consistently delivering results in a structured SaaS environment.

Main tasks

• Generate qualified pipeline for the MAX sales team through structured outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls)
• Test, optimize, and personalize outreach based on ICP, industry, and use cases
• Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and book meetings for Business Account Executive
• Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with high accuracy
• Contribute to outbound strategy and support marketing initiatives (campaigns, events)

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an SDR / BDR or sales role with outbound prospecting
• Confidence in cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and resilience in handling rejection
• Experience working with B2B clients, ideally in SaaS, startups, or agencies
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales automation tools
• Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English

Requirements

• Salary range: 100-125 EUR net/man-day on B2B contract + monthly sales commissions
