[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Casebook PBC

Role Description

This is a remote US-based role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first face of Casebook for prospective customers and play a key role in advancing our mission to build technology that accelerates the end of poverty. You'll identify and engage organizations that fit our ideal customer profile, start meaningful conversations, and set up demonstrations with our Software Account Executive team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success to maximize lead generation and conversion, and you'll help build the pipeline that drives company revenue goals.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional work experience required.
• Proven experience sourcing opportunities with an average ARR of $35k.

Requirements

• Experience with automated/AI outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Nooks, ZoomInfo, or GovSpend.
• Comfortable communicating with new people by phone, email, and video.
• Access to a high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps minimum) for video and VoIP calls.
• Access to a professional, distraction-free remote workspace.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Coachable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

Base salary range of $45,000 – $55,000 + uncapped commissions + equity.
