[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Marek Health

Role Description

You'll be the first conversation many future clients have with Marek — finding the people who can benefit most from our services, qualifying their interest, and connecting them with our health coach team.

The Sales Development Representative identifies and qualifies potential clients, sets up meetings for our health coach team, and nurtures prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline. This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, and ongoing professional development, offering a competitive salary and commission structure and a real chance to make an impact at a fast-growing company.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and research potential clients who could benefit from Marek Health's services.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce Marek Health and qualify their interest.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the health coach team with qualified leads.
• Maintain a high level of inbound and outbound communication.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Accurately track and report on lead activity and progress in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and conversions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in a fitness, healthcare, or telehealth environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools.
• A passion for health and wellness is a plus.

• Personable, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
• Able to manage your time effectively in a remote environment.

Compensation

$40,000 - $75,000 is the targeted first year earnings based on a split of salary plus commission.
