[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @EverCommerce

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Customer Engagement Solutions team, supporting Zyratalk, pulseM, Customer Lobby, GuildQuality, and Listen360. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and wants to build a career in sales by creating opportunities and owning outcomes from the ground up.

As a BDR, you will spend the majority of your time in outbound sales activities. Success in this role requires:

You will engage small business owners and leaders through outbound calls, uncover needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule demos with Account Executives once qualification criteria are met.

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate outbound conversations with small businesses to create new sales opportunities
• Qualify prospects through direct, structured discovery conversations and sound judgment
• Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining momentum and quality
• Take ownership of follow-up, next steps, and clean handoffs to Account Executives
• Adapt your messaging and approach when standard tactics stop working
• Operate effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
• Continuously improve your sales skills through repetition, feedback, and execution

Compensation

The target compensation for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 USD per year (base + commission) in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
