[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @NikoHealth

Role Description

We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, creating opportunities for our sales team, and being the first point of contact for prospective clients. • Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors. Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media to spark interest in NikoHealth’s solutions.
• Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial conversations to understand potential customers’ challenges and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Pipeline Building: Work closely with the Account Executive team to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a seamless handoff.
• CRM Management: Accurately document and track all prospect interactions in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to support campaigns, provide feedback, and enhance lead generation efforts.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate NikoHealth’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and an ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Requirements

• Experience prospecting in the SaaS or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with DME/HME operations or healthcare technology.
