[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Cira Apps Ltd

Role Description

We’re growing and have a high volume of inbound sales inquiries, including active trial prospects. We’re hiring high‑energy, dynamic Sales Development Representatives who can confidently manage inbound activity and, over time, outbound prospecting. You’ll engage prospects worldwide via email, phone, and video, rapidly assess business needs, present the right solution, and own the entire sales cycle from qualification to close. This is a full‑time, remote role covering both US and European time zones.

What You’ll Do

• Become an expert with lead generation tools to build targeted prospect lists.
• Proactively prospect freemium accounts with relevant, human touches.
• Qualify prospects using targeted, relevant questions; nurture them and understand needs prior to an initial sales meeting.
• Schedule discovery calls for our Customer Success Team and consistently meet/exceed monthly quotas for attended discovery calls.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social) using a sales development platform.
• Counter top‑of‑funnel objections gracefully—demonstrating excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build and execute account communication plans.
• Coordinate demos with Sales Engineering and log all activities in Salesforce.
• Conduct thorough research and mine our existing database to build monthly call lists.
• Close sales by educating prospects on our product value and guiding them through the buying process.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a similar role with a strong track record (internships, projects, or early‑career wins count).
• 0–1 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in IT Enterprise Software.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed team.
• Strong, professional communication skills in English—written and verbal—with great listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve daily sales metrics.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations (virtual and phone).
