[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Unison Infrastructure

Role Description

Unison Infrastructure is seeking a driven, resilient, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Denver team. This is a prospecting-heavy role focused on generating new business through high-volume outbound activity. You will be responsible for:

• Identifying target prospects
• Conducting research
• Initiating conversations
• Qualifying opportunities
• Setting meetings for the Account Executive team

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, comfortable with outreach, and eager to build a long-term career in sales. High-performing SDRs will be eligible for promotion to Account Executive within 8–12 months, based on performance, readiness, and business needs.

Qualifications

• Based in or able to work in Denver, Colorado - Relocation assistance available
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with outbound calling, outbound email, and proactive prospecting
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a career in sales
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high volume of activity and maintain CRM discipline
• Coachability, resilience, and willingness to improve through feedback

Requirements

• 0–2+ years of SDR, BDR, sales, recruiting, real estate, customer-facing, or business development experience
• Prior outbound prospecting or cold-calling experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
• Interest in infrastructure, real estate, telecom, renewables, finance, or asset acquisition
