Role Description

As a Your Way Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your very own dedicated neighbourhood of just one square mile. This is a one of a kind opportunity, that no other business is currently offering!

• Research your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood.
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships through constant selling and face-to-face meetings.
• Onboard new customers effectively while ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts.
• Track activity using Salesforce.
• Work closely with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong team for the community.
• Deliver profitable volume growth and hit targets.
• Monitor competitor market activity to ensure the best solutions and insights for customers.

Qualifications

• Field Sales/Account Management background.
• Commercially astute.
• Technically proficient in Excel.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships.
• Passion for sales.

Requirements
