Role Description

Build your sales skills with Upsender from your home office. Our Phoenix, AZ team has a full-time, fully remote opening for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to learn a consultative approach to sales.

You can bring experience from:

• Customer service
• Hospitality
• Retail
• Appointment setting
• Call center
• Another role built around conversations

Previous sales experience can help, but it is not required. Reliability, clear communication, and a willingness to practice matter here.

The working arrangement:

• This role is assigned to the Phoenix, AZ sales team.
• You will need a computer, dependable internet, a quiet space for calls, and availability during weekday U.S. business hours.
• The position is full time and fully remote.
• The salary range is $2,103 to $3,603 per week.

How you will work with prospects:

• Start by listening.
• Through phone calls and video conversations, you will learn what prospective customers want to accomplish, discuss the products and services Upsender offers, and help them consider whether those solutions fit their situation.
• The goal is to explain things clearly and answer questions thoughtfully.

Your work will also involve:

• Following up with people who have expressed interest
• Maintaining useful, organized conversation notes
• Joining team meetings and coaching sessions
• Practicing the sales process and applying feedback
• Building your understanding of our services over time

Support while you learn:

• Upsender provides training and support, including product education, guidance on the sales process, conversation frameworks, scripts, practice exercises, and feedback on calls.
