[Hiring] Sales Closer @Choate Agency

Role Description

Already a strong closer but stuck with weak leads, cold calls, or a ceiling on what you can earn? We’re selectively expanding at Choate Agency (an SFG Partner Agency) and looking for proven sales professionals across the U.S. who want to leverage warm leads , a battle-tested system, and complete autonomy — part-time or full-time — from their phone or laptop.

This is not another low-ticket side hustle. This is a high-commission life insurance sales career built for people who already know how to talk to people, build trust, and close.

What Makes This Different for Top Performers

• 100% from your phone or laptop — no office, no commute, no dress code
• You set your hours — work when you’re sharpest
• Warm, pre-interested leads only — our proprietary platform connects you with families already looking for coverage. Zero cold calling. Zero spamming your contacts.
• $500–$1,500+ per policy
• Weekly pay — no waiting on a monthly check
• Full training + proven sales system (built on the same playbooks we run at sfgondemand.com)
• Optional team building — grow a small team for residual override income on top of your personal production

What You’ll Do

• Connect with warm, pre-interested leads through our platform
• Have real, high-value conversations with families about life insurance and financial protection
• Present solutions using our simple, high-converting system
• Submit applications online in minutes
• (Optional) Build and mentor a small team for additional residual income

This is Built for You If You Are:

• A proven closer from insurance, real estate, auto, solar, mortgage, telecom, network marketing, B2B, or any commission sales background
• A high-performing salesperson tired of cold calling, weak leads, or income caps
• A high-volume rideshare or delivery driver who already knows how to connect with people
• A 9-to-5 professional or entrepreneur ready for serious uncapped income on the side
• Anyone who wants quality leads + a system that multiplies the effort they’re already good at

You must be a U.S. resident currently authorized to work in the United States. This opportunity is not available outside the U.S.

Licensing

A life insurance license is required to sell — but you don’t need one to apply. We cover $100 toward your pre-licensing course and walk you through the entire process. Most people complete it in 2–4 weeks while still working their current job.

• Full-time top producers: $150,000–$750,000+/year

Results vary based on hours invested, skill, and coachability. This is not a salary position.
