Role Description

At Jabra Hearing, our mission is to make better hearing care accessible to more people. As a Sales Associate on our Inside Sales team, you’ll play a key role in helping customers take the next step in their hearing journey. This role supports both inbound and outbound sales efforts in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll engage with leads at various stages of the funnel, educate them on our solutions, and guide them toward confident purchase decisions.

• Effectively manage daily lead responsibilities, including inbound calls, scheduled sales consultations, emails, and outbound outreach to new and assigned leads.
• Engage with high-intent prospects, understand their hearing needs, and guide them to a purchase of the right hearing solution.
• Maintain and advance your sales pipeline by managing the full sales lifecycle - from initial outreach and follow-up, to effective objection handling and closing.
• Become a product expert on our current and ever-evolving product line, staying informed as new features, technology, and offerings are introduced.
• Use Salesforce and internal tools to manage tasks, track progress, and keep customer records up to date.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs while maintaining high activity levels in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience in an inside sales role, ideally in a high-volume or consumer-focused environment.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset in a collaborative, high-energy sales environment.
• Confidence managing a variety of lead types - including inbound calls, outbound outreach, and scheduled consultations - in a remote, self-directed setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively support customers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM), with a solid understanding of how to manage and progress a sales pipeline.
