[Hiring] Insurance Sales Associate @The Delaney Agency

Role Description

Helping individuals and families who have asked about life insurance choose and apply for coverage.

This is a remote role for people who live in Michigan. You'll work from home and meet clients by phone and video.

What You'll Do

• Connect with people who have requested information about coverage. No cold calling.
• Understand their needs and present life insurance options that fit.
• Guide them through the application process.
• Follow up and stay in touch with your clients.
• Use the CRM we provide to track your activity and manage your week.

Qualifications

• No sales or insurance experience is needed; we train you and help you get licensed.

Requirements

• Live in Michigan.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clear communication and a willingness to learn.
• Able to stay organized and manage your daily activity.
• Comfortable working independently, with support.
• Willing to get a Michigan life and health insurance license (we'll help).

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, paid 100% on commission from completed sales. There is no base salary.

The pay range is $75,000 to $120,000 a year, all commission. Earnings depend on your activity, consistency and results, and are not guaranteed.

Additional Information
