Role Description

We’re looking for a high-performing, commission-driven DTC seller who knows how to close over the phone, manage their own pipeline, and move fast without constant oversight. You’ll be the first voice prospects hear and the person who guides them into life-changing care. This role reports to the DTC Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, primarily phone-based
• Proven success closing DTC sales in health, wellness, weight loss, or fitness
• A strong track record of beating quotas in fast-paced environments
• Startup experience or comfort with rapid change
• Understanding of sales strategy and performance metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and emotional intelligence
• Persistent, persuasive, and skilled in active listening
• Team-oriented, humble, and hungry to grow

Requirements

• Connects instantly with people and builds rapport quickly over the phone
• Takes a consultative, solution-oriented approach to match prospects with the right program
• Thrives on hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Has a proven track record of closing at least 50% of consultation calls
• Gets energized by uncapped commission opportunities
• Understands healthcare, insurance basics, and ideally functional medicine
• Excels in an ever-evolving startup environment
