Role Description

As a Sales Agent, you’ll connect with consumers experiencing financial hardship, understand their needs, and guide qualified clients toward appropriate debt relief solutions.

• Engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Build rapport through empathy, active listening, and consultative selling.
• Evaluate financial circumstances and explain personalized solutions, program risks, and alternatives.
• Address questions and objections ethically and guide qualified clients through enrollment.
• Meet sales goals, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow compliance requirements.
• Participate in virtual coaching, training, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; debt relief, financial services, or phone sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
• Able to work independently with strong organization and accountability.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and virtual collaboration.
• Flexible availability, including potential evenings or weekends, is highly desirable.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Debt relief experience is preferred but not required. We value strong sales fundamentals and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• $120,000-$200,000+ in potential annual earnings through base pay and uncapped commissions.
• $15.00/hour base pay plus performance-based commission.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid after your first 60 days.
