Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of proven high-velocity inbound sales experience across phone, SMS, and chat channels (B2C, home services, moving, logistics, or high-volume e-commerce preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication (C1/C2 level) with natural authority, empathetic pacing, and clear diction.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding conversion rate, closing, and average order value (AOV) quotas.
• Quick mental math capabilities to accurately calculate service tiers, add-ons, and customized quotes live on calls.
• Fast typing proficiency (50+ WPM) paired with the ability to concurrently navigate CRM and communication tools.
• High coachability, emotional poise, and resilience—comfortable using conversational pauses, avoiding premature discounting, and proactively asking for the business.
• Complete schedule flexibility during US operational sales hours with zero conflicts with daytime studies or concurrent full-time employment.
• Experience with tools like Aircall, Zendesk, or modern dispatch/booking CRMs is a plus.
• Familiarity with two-way SMS sales cadences and home services or moving industry terminology is a bonus.

Requirements

• Handle incoming calls, SMS inquiries, and quote requests to guide prospective customers from inquiry to confirmed booking.
• Conduct thorough discovery on every interaction to identify full project scope, uncover unspoken customer needs, and pitch service add-ons before presenting pricing.
• Present guaranteed upfront pricing using structured value-framing methodologies and confident communication pauses.
• Navigate and resolve pricing stalls or competitor comparisons using consultative objection handling and soft-urgency frameworks.
• Execute active SMS follow-up cadences on pending quotes to close open loops—ensuring every lead reaches a booked, scheduled follow-up, or definitive status.
• Accurately calculate and quote complex tiered service estimates and add-on fees in real time.

Success looks like

• Consistently hitting individual sales conversion benchmarks (targeting 35%+ conversion rate on qualified inquiries).
• Maintaining target Average Order Value (AOV) through strategic upselling and comprehensive project scoping.
• Achieving core sales revenue milestones and conversion metrics to smoothly fast-track from ramp hours into a permanent 40-hour full-time position.
• Maintaining high attendance reliability, schedule adherence, and zero unattended quote follow-ups.
