Role Description

• Identify, develop, and win new merchant business opportunities across your assigned territory, driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and contract signature.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, banks, ECR partners, and other lead-generation channels.
• Present payment solutions and value-added services, tailoring recommendations to customer needs and business objectives.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and onboarding progress to ensure successful customer acquisition and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business development, sales, or account management, ideally within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to acquire new customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage territory planning and sales activities independently.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Valid Category B driving license.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
