[Hiring] Outbound Sales Representative @KeyNest

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative based remotely who will support our expansion by managing outbound sales activities and generating leads.

• Outbound Sales & Growth Activities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to potential customers to introduce and promote our products, mainly our KeyNest Lockers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of warm and cold leads, following up consistently to maximize conversion.
  • Assist in arranging product demos, calls, and meetings for prospective clients.
• General Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work closely with colleagues across global teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Track and update leads in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Meet personal and team targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English. French has to be to a native level.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident, and engaging personality.
• Comfortable handling both inbound inquiries and proactive outreach.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple leads at once.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well independently and within a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving tech environment.
• Flexibility to work hours that align with international teams, mainly Western Europe, including occasional evening availability if a lead requests a call back later.
