What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed regional sales goals through strategic territory management
• Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, contractors, and manufacturer representatives
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders throughout the region
• Train, educate, and support sales teams, contractors, and independent manufacturers' representatives on RectorSeal product lines
• Identify customer needs and recommend effective product solutions
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and regional business conditions to execute growth strategies
• Participate in industry conferences, dealer meetings, and product events
• Report regional sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Collaborate with fellow Regional Sales Managers to achieve company and team objectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales management experience
• Experience selling through the Electrical distribution channel
• Experience in training, coaching, and motivating independent manufacturers' representatives
• Strategic territory planning and market development expertise
• Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) in the domestic US
• MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
