[Hiring] Regional Sales Manager @Shermco

Role Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage and oversee a 5 person team of territory account managers within Central TX area to drive revenue and meet company goals. Key duties include:

• Developing sales strategies
• Setting sales targets
• Mentoring and managing sales representatives
• Analyzing market trends
• Managing the regional budget
• Acting as a liaison between the sales team and corporate sales leadership

This position will require about three overnight travel days per month within the region. You can work remotely from Austin, San Antonio or Corpus Christi.

Qualifications

• Experience as a regional sales lead (if from our industry) or a regional sales manager in the electrical industry (services, distribution, etc.)
• Proven experience in regional sales management (people management)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict
• Proficiency in sales software and basic accounting
• A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
