Role Description
This role will cover both Texas and Colorado. Ideally, we are looking for someone based in either the Dallas, Texas, or Denver, Colorado, area.
We are currently looking for a Regional Director, Women's Health Sales. The Regional Director is responsible for the sales and growth of Nateraโs genetic testing products to include noninvasive prenatal testing, carrier screen testing, and miscarriage testing. This role ensures profitable growth in sales through the planning, execution, and management of a team in the Northern California region.
Primary Responsibilities:

Educating and recruiting Key Opinion Leaders from the OBGYN medical community.

Becoming an expert in Nateraโs technology and service offerings to represent the company and its business interests: physicians and hospitals.

Developing and executing plans to ensure rapid distribution of all products.

Developing business plans based on sales goals, expectations, and available resources, including regional strategies and tactics.

Recruiting, selecting, hiring, and coordinating the training of all sales professionals within your region.

Providing constructive feedback to sales professionals to help maximize their potential.

Spending sufficient time, as defined by the VP, in the field with sales professionals to help them develop and provide direction and feedback.

Providing direction based on field input, market assessments, and trends to develop a region that consistently implements "Best Practices".

Planning, designing, and implementing territory alignment based on maximum ROI.

Supporting sales professionals by providing guidance and career development.

Establishing positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
Qualifications

BA in Business, Marketing or related field is required; MBA preferred.

Background in medical or biological sciences; clinical diagnostics preferred.

Minimum three yearsโ physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business (preferably in a genetics laboratory).

Minimum of 5 yearsโ successful sales management experience preferably in diagnostic laboratory business.

On-target earnings (OTE) range: $225,000 โ $260,000 USD.
