Role Description

The Regional Director position is a key strategic role within the Hamilton Medical management team. The Regional Director is responsible for leading a dynamic team in the Southeast Region consisting of Account Managers meeting regional revenue budgets, and executing senior leadership’s strategic vision. This is a remote position that will require travel up to 50% - 75%.

• Achieve regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in the assigned region.
• Communicates job expectations and employee development by collaborating with, assessing, and reviewing the sales team, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage individual account manager and broader territory to the annual business plan.
• Review and implement account manager compensation strategies.
• Meets regional sales objectives while maintaining forecasting requirements, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling account managers, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and collaborating with team members to identify new customer opportunities.
• Aggregates feedback from key opinion leaders to inform broader company strategy.

• Dynamic understanding of U.S. Healthcare landscape
• Expert business acumen
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Extensive ventilation and respiratory sales experience
• Relevant medical device and medical device sales management experience
